Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the software business

Identify and target potential clients and establish relationships

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive sales

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends

Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the software

Negotiate and close deals with clients

Train and mentor junior business development staff

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the software industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of software development processes and technologies

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
