About the Role Are you someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities?
As a Business Development Intern Associate, you will work closely with our BD & Marketing teams to identify high-quality leads, engage with students/colleges, drive admissions, partnerships, promote our EdTech programs, and support the revenue growth of VedXlence across India.
You will engage with students, colleges, and corporate partners to promote our EdTech programs and career initiatives.
What You'll Do 1 Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
2 Counsel students on career programs, internships, and courses.
3 Build relationships with students, colleges, training cells, and placement officers.
4 Coordinate and support webinars, events, and campaigns.
5 Assist BD team with client acquisition and follow-ups.
6 Provide excellent communication and student engagement support.
7 Achieve monthly BD targets and contribute to overall team goals.
8 Maintain lead data, track conversions, and share daily/weekly reports.
Who We're Looking For Fresh graduates or final-year students with a passion for sales & growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
Loves networking and meeting new people.
Basic understanding of EdTech/IT domains is a plus.
