Role Overview
Work with the sales team to acquire and manage customers.
Learn field sales, customer interaction and product promotion.
Assist in onboarding and loan processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing new customers by generating leads and explaining product features.
Sourcing customers through company provided data (if available).
Data entry of customer details in the application system.
Handle customer concerns and maintain visit reports.
Check customer credit bureau report and process eligible cases.
Collect monthly installments as per schedule.
Upload KYC and required documents in the system.
Requirements
Comfortable with field work.
Valid driving license and bike required.
Incentives based on performance.
Eligibility-Pursuing/Completed Graduation or Post-Graduation.
