Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Prior experience in HR or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
