
Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing offer letters, joining formalities, and employee files.
Support HR operations, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist with HR reports, MIS, and data management.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential HR documents.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.
