Operations Intern

Support communication with brand partners and vendors regarding product listings, pricing, and stock availability.

Collect and organize necessary documentation.

Follow up with vendors for timely updates.

Assist in uploading and updating product information (images, descriptions, pricing, etc.) on the platform.

Help identify bottlenecks in daily operations and suggest small improvements.

Coordinate with the customer service team for order-related queries, returns, and exchanges.

Work closely with marketing, business development, and logistics teams for smoother execution of campaigns and brand launches.

Stay proactive in understanding the end-to-end e-commerce operations flow.
