Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Introduce and promote products or services to customers.

Generate leads and convert them into sales.

Sales and Lead Conversion

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Persuade customers to purchase products or services.

Follow up with leads and nurture them until a sale is made.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Address customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

Sales Pitch and Script Adherence

Develop and deliver effective sales pitches.

Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication.

Customize pitches based on customer profiles and needs.

Performance and Reporting

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.

Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.

Market Research

Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new products.

Use market knowledge to enhance sales strategies and pitches.

Team Collaboration

Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall team goals.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
