Connect with candidates and close registrations for programs/ products/ masterclass and complete assigned targets.
Attend to all customer queries via phone, email, or chat and conduct yourself with professionalism and courtesy.
Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve Customer issues and close leads efficiently.
Coordinate with various teams to provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
Connect with customers as needed, particularly during the registration process, to address any problems and provide guidance.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Must possess a working laptop and maintain a stable internet connection.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
A strong sense of empathy and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
