Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project (MSP)
Sequence project activities and perform resource leveling
Prepare macro & micro schedules – overall program, tender schedule, trade-wise schedules
Monitor and track the master construction schedule with contractors
Understand trade productivity and analyze manpower planning
Coordinate design documentation and prepare Design Development programs
Review contract documents, shop drawings & submittals
Anticipate risks 4–5 months in advance and recommend mitigation plans
Analyze material & manpower shortfalls and update stakeholders
Prepare material & equipment schedules for long-lead items
Circulate meeting agendas & MOMs on time
🎓 Preferred Profile
Master’s degree from SPA / NICMAR or similar institutes preferred
Mandatory experience in hospitality / hotel construction projects
Strong exposure to PMC environment & commercial developments
