
Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead and mentor our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, a solid track record in real estate sales, and the ability to drive both individual and team success. This is a strategic role focused on performance, client relationship management, and building a strong sales culture.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Manage the Sales Team: Motivate and guide sales professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies in line with company goals.
Coaching & Training: Continuously develop the team’s skills through structured training and real-time coaching.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, evaluate individual performance, and take corrective measures where needed.
Client Engagement: Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and build long-term client relationships.
Market Awareness: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
Reporting: Provide detailed sales performance and market insight reports to senior management.
Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate sales with leadership responsibilities Strong ability to meet/exceed targets and lead by example Exceptional communication, team management, and strategic thinking skills Deep understanding of the Noida/Delhi-NCR property market is an advantage
