Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and motivate a team of agents to meet their sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Job Requirements Proven experience in agency channel from GI/HI/LI Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the health insurance industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
