AR Caller / Medical Billing Executive

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and motivated candidates to join our US Healthcare (KPO) team. The role involves handling insurance claim follow-ups, patient appointment scheduling, billing support, and claim resolution activities.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior experience in Medical Billing, AR Calling, Claims Processing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will be preferred.

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on medical claims and payment statuses.

Handle inbound calls related to claim inquiries, billing statuses, and patient appointments.

Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments as required.

Review and follow up on denied, rejected, or pending claims to ensure timely resolution.

Accurately document call outcomes and update claim statuses in the system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing and collections.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards while handling patient and insurance information.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Fluency in spoken English with a professional and confident communication style.

Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with a high level of accuracy.

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work on multiple applications simultaneously.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts).

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, AR Calling, Claims Processing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Basic knowledge of insurance claim follow-ups, denial management, and collections processes.
