● Have 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (agency experience is a bonus) ● Are confident in communicating, presenting, and negotiating with clients ● Have excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Are self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented ● Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail ● Are comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing tools, and CRM platforms ● Attention to detail, creative thinking, and a love for clean, modern design
