Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced Female FOM cum BDM to manage our Restaurant & Banquet operations in Goa.

Handle guest check-in, check-out & overall guest experience

Attend to guest queries, requests & complaints

Coordinate with our internal teams for smooth operations

Handle client communication and follow-ups

Manage front-office staff & daily operations

Ensure guest satisfaction and service standards

Handle other front-office and guest-related responsibilities

Experience in Front Office / Hotel / Resort Management

Pleasant personality and professional appearance

Good communication and guest-handling skills

Female candidates only

Hospitality experience will be preferred
