Roles & Responsibilities:

Convincing clients’ for a meeting and site visits of the undergoing projects through Tele-calling, Emails, and Off-site meetings.

Develop corporate relationships through lead calls, referral calls, and personal visits with clients.

Create customized Investment Proposals to cater to client’s needs and requirements.

Close deals to achieve monthly targets.

Post-sales service for Agreement Execution, Collection, and Query handling.

Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business through referrals.

Manage day-to-day sales operations and documentation like maintaining Customer data and MIS.

Skills

He / She should be a graduate of a reputed University in India. A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.

0-3 of experience as a Real Estate professional and well-acquainted with localities and Landmarks in Gurgaon and Delhi (NCR) area.

Should be highly professional, well-groomed, and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Should be confident and have good negotiation skills.

Should have the ability to motivate a large team to deliver the allocated targets.

Ready to work in a challenging environment.

Requirements

The candidates are required to work from our Corporate Office at Gurgaon and therefore, we recommended the candidate to accommodate their-self near our Corporate Office location itself for ease of transit. All necessary support and guidance shall be provided by the company.

The candidates applying for the Business Development Manager position should have sound knowledge of the developers and projects located in the Delhi NCR Area. The candidates should have closed the deals and be able to meet the targets on a monthly basis.

The candidates should have an idea of the documentation part as well involved in the sale of property to the client.

The candidates are required to wear Business Formals only as part of our company’s dress code.

The job demands travel at the site location, client’s place, developer’s office for initiating the documentation process, etc., and therefore, own vehicle would be highly recommendable. The travel made for official purposes shall be reimbursed as per the company’s norms.

The candidates are expected to join the company immediately so that, necessary training and guidance shall be imparted by the Industry Leaders.
