Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to achieve company growth targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into profitable business.

Build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations, finance) to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.

Meet clients for presentations, discussions, and business meetings.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and track sales performance against targets.

Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in B2B / B2C sales or business development.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build long-term relationships with clients at multiple levels.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
