We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Officer (BDO) – Personal Loan. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, generating, and managing personal loan business.
Identify and acquire new customers for personal loan products
Generate leads through field work, references, and direct sourcing
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
