
About the Role:
We are looking for a Client Servicing who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn about
managing client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an
interest in understanding how agency-client coordination works.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients
● Support in coordinating with internal teams (design, copy, strategy) for deliverables
● Help track project timelines, briefs, and feedback
● Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentations
● Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and client requirements
● Assist in maintaining documentation and project updates

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good organizational and multitasking abilities
● Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Proactive and willing to learn.
● Prior internship or exposure to client servicing/account management is a plus
