₹500 deduction per month for company transport
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
Upsell products and services to increase sales and revenue
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience in a call center or BPO environment
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
