📞 Handle inbound calls from US customers 🛠️ Resolve customer issues, provide product information 📊 Achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) 🗃️ Accurately document call details and customer interactions
Requirements
🎙️ Exceptional spoken English skills 💼 Previous experience in customer support 🕰️ Flexibility with rotational shifts 🎓 High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree required, ❌No B-Pharmacy
