🎤 Position: Customer Support (Voice/Chat Process) 🕗 Shift: US Rotational Night Shifts & Rotational Week Offs

Responsibilities

📞 Handle inbound calls from US customers 🛠️ Resolve customer issues, provide product information 📊 Achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) 🗃️ Accurately document call details and customer interactions
