
Role of Customer Relationship Officer is to provide exceptional service to us customers by promptly handling tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals. The incumbent is also responsible for responding to customer requests and inquiries as well as cross selling relevant products basis customer needs.
Process transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
Informing customers about bank products and services and pitching relevant products basis customer needs.
Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault.
Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.

0 – 4 Years of work experience Banking experience would be an added advantage 2 Wheeler and D.L. is mandatory.
