Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Job Responsibilities Handling customer inbound/outbound calls.

Providing proper resolution for customer queries and complaints.

Maintaining professional and polite communication during calls.

Updating customer data and call details in the system.

Giving customers correct information according to company policies.

šŸ“ Eligibility Criteria Gender: Female candidates only.

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Communication: Basic English & Hindi communication required.

Experience: Customer support / calling experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).

Availability: Must be ready for flexible working hours.

Working Days: 6 Days Working
