Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, chats & emails.
Resolve customer complaints and order-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
Maintain customer records and daily reports.
Ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Prior experience in customer support/QSR/e-commerce is preferred.
