
ERP Technical Support
Provide end-to-end ERP technical support to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams for system maintenance and support.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Assist users with ERP processes and system navigation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reports, and data handling.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports when required.
