
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee recruitment and selection processes ensuring the organization attracts, hires and retains top talent
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters
Lead performance management and employee development initiatives
Design and implement employee benefits and wellness programs
Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Manage HR budget and resources effectively
Coordinate training and development programs
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision making
Proven experience as an HR executive or similar HR role in a consulting environment
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment, performance management, and employee development processes
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred
