
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring and a strong background working with consulting or recruitment firms. This role requires excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process for various technical positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process till onboarding
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals
Understand client requirements and ensure timely closures
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates
