
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, letters, contracts, and employee files.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Support employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
Generate HR reports and analytics related to headcount, attendance, attrition, and other key metrics.
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office applications.
