
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings
Help in preparing offer letters and onboarding paperwork for new hires
Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up to date
Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruiting events
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Requirements:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
