Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the IT department to understand their staffing needs and devise appropriate recruitment strategies.

Create job postings and advertise open IT positions through various channels.

Review and screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Perform reference checks and verify employment and educational backgrounds.

Collaborate with hiring managers to make final selection decisions.

Develop and implement onboarding processes and orientation programs for new IT hires.

Manage the employee performance evaluation process for the IT department.

Identify training and development needs within the IT team and recommend appropriate programs.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures specific to the IT department.

Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.

Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the IT department.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment and HR management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in an IT environment.

Strong knowledge of IT job roles, skills, and technologies.

Familiarity with IT recruitment techniques and tools.

Understanding of HR practices and principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to assess candidates' technical competence.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
