
Conduct outbound calls to potential IT clients to generate new business opportunities
Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding their IT needs and requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Build and maintain relationships with IT clients, providing them with product demos and information
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner
Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, leads, and customer information
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to potential clients
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the IT sector
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation activities
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Proven inside sales experience in the IT industry
Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven individual
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
