
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Compton Computers Pvt. Ltd. The role primarily involves cold calling, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients generated through digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to leads generated via Google Ad Campaigns, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Engage with prospective clients, introduce company offerings, and build initial interest.
Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and decision-making authority.
Schedule meetings/demos with relevant decision-makers for the sales team.
Maintain and update lead database with status and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Track and report weekly progress on calls, leads qualified, and meetings scheduled.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Marketing or Sales preferred).
0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Lead Qualification.
