We are looking for a proactive and motivated Jr. Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Upwork bidding, especially sales skills, along with knowledge of web development technologies.

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork Write effective and customized cover letters to acquire clients Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team Generate leads and maintain client relationships Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities

Knowledge with Upwork bidding Basic knowledge of web development Proposal writing / Cover letter Understanding of Python and Django Framework

Client handling and communication skills Knowledge or experience in IT products and sales

Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven and target-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
