
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales team by identifying potential clients and generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating first contact with prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting cold leads into warm opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Outreach
Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to introduce company services
Lead Generation
Identify and generate potential leads through various channels
Lead Qualification
Assess prospects based on criteria such as property interest and investment capacity
Pipeline Management
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Client Engagement
Build initial rapport and maintain professional communication with prospects
Follow-ups
Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
Collaboration
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales (Real Estate preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
