Work Mode: Part-Time Field Work based
About the Role Rapido, India's fastest-growing mobility platform, is hiring Onboarding Executives (FOS) in Ujjain. This is a fully flexible, performance-based field role open to both part-time and full-time candidates. You will be responsible for onboarding Auto, E-Rickshaw, and Cab Captains onto the Rapido platform across Ujjain city.
Compensation Structure ⚠️ This is a purely incentive-based role. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed CTC.
Rs. 230 will be paid per successful captain onboarding A minimum of 10 onboardings per month is mandatory to remain active on the program Minimum guaranteed earning: Rs. 2,300/month (based on 10 onboardings) No upper limit — the more you onboard, the more you earn
Work Flexibility Part-Time: Work around your existing schedule — college, business, or other job. No fixed daily hours required.
Full-Time: Dedicate full working days to field visits and captain acquisition for higher monthly volume and income.
Roles & Responsibilities Identify and onboard Auto, E-Rickshaw, and Cab Captains in Ujjain Conduct regular field visits across targeted areas and auto-stands in the city Guide captains through the Rapido app registration and document submission process Achieve a minimum of 10 verified onboardings per calendar month Maintain daily field activity records and share progress with the reporting manager
Requirements Must own and operate a smartphone Good knowledge of Ujjain city and local areas Comfortable with daily field-based work and outdoor visits Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior field sales or onboarding experience is preferred but not mandatory Freshers with good communication skills and a proactive attitude are welcome
