Provide counselling on career pathways, eligibility, documentation, and process steps.
Help candidates understand our services and how they support their international journey.
Maintain continuous communication and guide candidates throughout onboarding.
Track candidate progress, maintain records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth candidate support.
Prepare daily/weekly counselling and follow-up reports.
0–3 years of experience in counselling, tele-calling, education consulting, recruitment, or customer support.
