
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality team within the RCM process.
Monitor team performance and ensure quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Analyze quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with client guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and internal quality standards.
Coach, mentor, and train Quality Analysts to improve performance.
Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance service quality.
