
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide administrative support to consultants as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate travel arrangements for consultants
Ensure client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
Maintain confidentiality of client information
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic office equipment, such as printers and scanners
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
