
Source and recruit candidates for various roles within the organization
Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific positions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback
Manage job postings and applicant tracking system to ensure all recruitment activities are documented and up-to-date
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
