Role Overview This role involves engaging with clients through inbound and outbound calls to understand their real estate investment requirements and provide customized property recommendations. This is an inside sales role that combines consultative selling with relationship management to help clients identify the best investment opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements, investment goals, preferences, and financial capacity.
Recommend suitable property investment options based on client needs and market trends.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding property availability, pricing, and promotional offers.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consultative selling.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in real estate or financial advisory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of real estate investments and market dynamics is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
