Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role within the Information Technology industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
