Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Muthoot Gold. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling gold coins and jewelry to Muthoot customers, generating new sales leads through cold calling, and engaging with walk-in customers at our branches. This role requires a results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and capable of achieving monthly targets consistently. The position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a well-established organization.

Selling Gold Products: Actively promote and sell gold coins and jewellery to existing and potential Muthoot customers.

Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads by cold calling potential customers and following up on leads to convert them into sales.

Customer Engagement: Engage with walk-in customers at Muthoot branches, understand their needs, and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.

Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries promptly.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare and submit sales reports to the management regularly.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in the gold market and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery or financial services industry.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Customer Focus: High level of professionalism with a customer-centric approach. Ability to provide exceptional service and foster long-term customer relationships.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations as needed.
