Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities  Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.

 Contact prospective customers through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.

 Generate and nurture leads to achieve monthly sales targets.

 Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.

 Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings and documentation.

 Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up reports, and sales updates in the CRM or company system.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project developments.

 Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales events as required.
