
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (life, health, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain policy features and benefits
Assist customers with documentation, policy issuance, and post-sales service
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline ( Fresher can also apply) 0–2 years of experience in sales (insurance/financial services preferred)
