
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-in drives
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate final selection
Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Develop hiring strategies for bulk/store launch recruitment
Ensure proper staffing as per showroom requirements
Support in payroll coordination and attendance management
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of retail workforce requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to hire for frontline sales roles efficiently
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, perfume, or luxury retail industry
Knowledge of local labor laws
