Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the software industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Understanding of sales processes and best practices in a software sales environment
