Sandesh Distributor Pvt Ltd, a leading distributor of P&G products, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to lead and motivate a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives in the assigned territory.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue growth.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
