
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager – CMS/POS (PSM) to lead business development and team management within the EBS vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CMS/POS sales, relationship management, and team handling.
Drive CMS/POS business growth and revenue generation in the assigned region.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate and merchant clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance, and operational processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
5–6 years of relevant experience in a similar CMS/POS role.
Proven experience in team handling and people management.
Strong understanding of CMS, POS, and transaction banking products.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and sales skills.
Graduation required; relevant banking experience preferred.
Early joiners will be preferred.
