Today, we are expanding our footprint across India through a growing portfolio of digestive products, confectionery offerings, and innovative wellness solutions. As part of our growth journey, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to strengthen our sales and distribution network and drive the next phase of market expansion.

Role Overview The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, developing key trade relationships, and increasing market penetration across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG sales experience, deep trade knowledge, and a proven ability to build and scale distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned regions.

Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, super-stockists, wholesalers, and channel partners.

Expand product availability and visibility across General Trade, Wholesale, and Retail channels.

Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion strategies.

Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade accounts.

Execute sales plans to increase market share and business profitability.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute trade promotions and market activation initiatives.

Lead, motivate, and support field sales teams to maximize performance.

Ensure efficient stock management, collections, and sales reporting.

Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and growth reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong expertise in distributor management, channel development, and retail expansion.

Established network within FMCG trade channels will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze market opportunities and execute growth strategies.

Willingness to travel extensively for business development and market visits.

MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Travel Allowance (TA)
