Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to CCD’s recipes and standards.
Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and hygiene.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized café environment at all times.
Ensure tables, counters, equipment, and café floor are cleaned regularly.
Follow proper waste segregation and disposal procedures.
Adhere to CCD hygiene protocols, including personal grooming and uniform standards.
Conduct daily cleaning and sanitation checks as per checklist.
Refill stock and supplies as needed during the shift.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
Report maintenance or equipment issues to the Café Manager
