Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding hospital services, doctors, appointments, and general information.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Follow up with patients for appointments, reports, and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions in the system.
Resolve basic patient queries or escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
